The letter is the best one I have ever received. Well, I got a couple offers within the last week snail mail that are NOT on the offers page on the website. I always thought that the offers under 'my offers' on Harrah's website were the same as what I am getting snail mail and email. If this has been covered here already I apologize but I think it is worth repeating.
